Meditation Many Ways

This is not your typical meditation class! We try out many ways to meditate - including writing and drawing, movement and stillness, guided and silent. There will always be the option to lie down and be still, or to drop in and drop out of the different techniques offered in class.

When: Mondays, 11am-12pm, starting Feb. 25th.

Where: Ottawa Integrative Cancer Centre, 29 Bayswater.

Cost: $14 per class.

What to bring: A blanket, meditation bolster, or a mat; a notebook or journal, and a pen.

Lisa Paterson, M.Ed., ERYT, SYT, will be teaching this class. Lisa has been practising meditation in its various forms for over 25 years.
